Main Duties:

• Support field sales efforts by handling customers inquiries and providing product and technical support
• Preparing sales quotations and proposals for direct customers, distributors and direct sales teams
• Prepare WIN / LOSS analysis by product line to evaluate both territory and product success rate
• Coordinate with internal and external technical resources to support customer specific customer requests, applications and sales opportunities
• Provide feedback to Sales management and Marketing
• Travel with field sales personnel to provide technical support
  

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Engineering or Science ideally with focus in Life Science, Engineering or Business
• First years of experience in Sales or a similar role
• Self organised
• Ability to set priorities
• Interested in working for an international company
• Fluent in German and in English
