Who We Are Looking For

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Int.), you not only bring your many years of experience in technology solution sales with you, but you are also passionate about convincing new customers of our mission.

YOUR MISSION
  • You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers in international markets and make decisive contributions that will continue us on our current success trajectory.
  • In online or on-site demonstrations, you convince B2B customers at management level of our SaaS recruiting solution.
  • While doing so, you skillfully manage different interest groups on the customer side (management, data security, works council, IT, etc.).
  • You will clarify technical and commercial issues and will be responsible for supporting customers from the proposal stage to the closing of the contract.
  • You will be supported by our pre-sales department in generating leads, but you will also take responsibility for your own pipeline and will not shy away from directly approaching new customers.
  • You are skilled and conscientious in using CRM (pipeline management, KPI tracking) and reporting to sales management.
  • Together with your colleagues and superiors you live through teamwork, trust, open communication and also joy in your daily work.
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have several years of experience and proven success in selling technology products (SaaS is ideal but not mandatory).
  • You are able to draw the "big picture" with your customers and develop solution-oriented approaches.
  • Your goal-oriented approach to discussions with customers allows you to conduct an accurate needs analysis and realistic assessment of sales opportunities.
  • You are fluent in negotiation and presentation skills in English at management level.
  • You have the ability to professionally serve and convince different stakeholders (such as management, IT, works council, data protection officers etc).
  • You shine in discussions with customers due to your strong communication skills. Your charm and your open manner convince and win at every presentation.
  • With other respects, too, you give great importance to dealing with customers at the highest level.
  • You burn with enthusiasm for your goals - the good organization of your sales pipeline always enables you to set the right activities at the right time.
  • For you as a "competitive athlete" in sales, 100% is the minimum! A performance-related salary component will spur you on even more and bring you to peak performance.

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is 41.762 Euro. This includes full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme, and public unemployment insurance.

Depending on your professional qualifications and previous experience, your salary could be significantly higher.
