In the field of Service Management, DXC is recognized as a strong partner for the project lifecycle. DXC provides first class services that help clients to operationalize and to maintain critical service management tasks and applications. Projects in the field of Service Management cover following big domains: consulting, platform development and operationalization of service management models at scale. The candidate will join a cross-functional team of enthusiastic innovators as a Business Analyst for Service Management working for various clients cross industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in requirements gathering, technical specification, and the design and development of complex operationalizing service management projects;

  • Contribute to development and integration into enterprise systems;

  • Build and configure service management solutions on-prem, cloud or hybrid;

  • Build, test and optimize service management solutions;

  • Interact with teams of engineers from multiple disciplines.

Mandatory skills:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent qualification;

  • No working experience needed, one year of experience as software developer preferred;

  • Knowledge of object oriented software development needed, Experience in Service Management tools, e.g. ServiceNow or equivalents preferred;

  • Able to communicate and present internally and externally in a confident manner;

  • Highly motivated team player, proven ability to act in teams.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • ServiceNow certifications;

  • ITIL certifications.
