Tasks

YOUR ROLE & IMPACT AT MIRACL

Your role as Head of Product is to lead and drive the development and management of our product roadmap. This is a cross functional role, collaborating across departments to ensure product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.

Key elements include:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Responsible for end-to-end product delivery from market analysis to developing products which delight our customers
• Deliver revenue growth
• Lead, manage and develop Product team members

Note: This role can be performed remotely from anywhere within Austria

Requirements

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR TO BE PART OF OUR TEAM

• University Degree or similar education
• Fluent in English, Fluent German is a plus
• Experience in the field of product delivery/owner/manager, taking products from concept through to delivery
• Team player with agile, flexible, startup mindset
