• The department Securities Account & Asset Services is part of the Securities and Markets Business Platform within Erste Digitals Corporates and Markets division. The team collaborates closely with Banking Services, Group Taxes, EBÖ product management, EAM Asset Management and Saving banks, developing and maintaining software for the management and administration of securities accounts and for corporate actions and income processes.
• Your mission at Erste Digital:

  • • You are responsible for the strategic direction of the department (approx. 20 colleagues), collaborating closely with your co-located business counterparts
    • You create a team spirit and culture where service excellence can flourish
    • You continuously assess and align your teams priorities and develop the skills required, pushing the digitalization agenda of Erste Group
    • You support the transformation of Banking Services towards a digital organization, enabling the Financial Health offerings to our retail clients
    • You steer the vendors contributing to your teams IT service portfolio
    • You champion the delivery of the projects new feed model (aka Gebührenmodell neu,..) and WP Pricing new

    • You actively promote an agile mindset and confidently apply agile practices where they add value
    • You are fluent in English, German is an advantage

    • We guarantee a competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications. We have the IT collective agreement in place, but offer for this position a minimum of 60.000,- EUR gross per year. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual salary expectations
