Your Tasks
  • Create and manage a data governance roadmap aligned with the organizational strategy
  • Take the lead in driving change management efforts by devising strategies that secure buy-in across the organization
  • Implement data governance activities such as policies, data lineage, data quality management, and tools
  • Develop and execute communication plans and training initiatives to ensure the smooth adoption of data governance principles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to seamlessly integrate data governance practices into daily operations, fostering a culture of data ownership and accountability
Your Profile
  • Master´s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in information technology, computer science, information management or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Data Governance, MDM, or related data-driven initiatives required
  • Demonstrated consulting skills, including change management concepts and strategies, as well as culture change
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Expertise in conducting business interviews to identify data governance requirements and align strategies with business needs
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; German skills are a plus
