We are seeking an experienced Microsoft D365 Expert to join our Business Transformation Consulting Team at Dentsu’s Manager/Principal career level. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance in the optimization of the internal Microsoft D365 programme. The candidate will also possess knowledge of corresponding financial and business processes and will drive improvements to many aspects of efficiencies and growth potential for our business. The role reports to the DACH Head of Business Transformation Consulting and will work closely with colleagues from aligned business functions including Business Intelligence, HR and Finance.
- Act as the technical expert for D365, providing guidance on its implementation, customization, and optimization.
- Understand internal clients‘ financial and business processes, and provide recommendations on how D365 can be used to support and improve these processes.
- Configure, customize, and develop solutions within D365 to meet the business requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Perform data analysis and mapping, and design and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data accuracy.
- Develop training materials and provide training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of D365.
- Thinking in the end-to-end process, understand how data flows withing the landscape
- Create needed stories to get decisions from senior stakeholders, lead escalations and come up with mitigation approaches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 developments and technologies, and proactively recommend enhancements and best practices to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of financial and business processes, and how they relate to D365.
- Experience with configuring, customizing, and developing solutions within D365.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis and mapping, and designing and executing test plans.
- Ability to develop training materials and provide training to end-users.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
- Gross annual salary from EUR 75,000 – overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience
